Central Ground Water Authority has been constituted under Section 3(3) of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 to regulate and control development and management of ground water resources in the country.

We are a service providing company to various mines and Industry in the area of Comprehensive Hydrogeological Survey, Rainwater Harvesting plan for obtaining the NOC to Abstract Ground Water/Dewatering (NOCAP) from CGWA, Ministry of Jal Shakti and Ganga Rejuvenation, Government of India for the following categories:
● Industrial - Permission to Abstract Groundwater for Industrial Use
● Infrastructure - Permission to Abstract/Dewatering Groundwater for Infrastructure Projects
● Mining - Permission to Abstract/Dewatering Groundwater for Mining Industry
CGWA NOC is required to all industries to use a water source for industrial or domestic process, without CGWA NOC MPCB, CPCB and FSSAI consents will not renew.
